Mr. Parker established Robert E. Parker & Associates, Inc. in
1964. In 2000, after almost 40 years of practicing law, he retired and
sold the company. However, retirement did not fit well with him, and with
his continued passion for the law, Mr. Parker returned to the legal profession
in 2006 creating Robert E. Parker Attorney Law, LLC, which operates under the
trade name of Parker & Orvis. Picking right up where he left off, in
just a few short years, Parker & Orvis has become a re-established law firm
with a reputation for the highest standards in legal knowledge, professionalism

Carol Parker is the Co-Owner/Manager of Charter Title.
She has worked diligently throughout the years to create a top-notch company
that reflects its’ motto “**********”. She is well versed
in the title industry, as well as in operations of running a company. The work
performed by her team is known in the area as top rate. She is a problem solver
and a proactive team leader who works hard for her clients to receive a quality
real estate closing transaction.
Rita is the manager of Charter Title & Escrow Co. LLC. She has been with the company since 2007. She is a Lender Closer among her various other duties. Twenty-six years of title closing experience gives Rita a thorough real estate background, giving her clients the best, possible closing experience. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2010. Rita is a member of the Tulsa Home Builder Association and was awarded the 2012 Associate of the Year. She was born and raised in the Midwest, moved to Arizona and came to Oklahoma to work and reside.
Linda Edwards has been in the title closing industry for 24 years. She has experience in both broker and lender processing and broker and lender closing areas. She also has shipping and title department knowledge and experience. Linda has been employed by Charter since 2009. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2001. Oklahoma has been her residency for most of her life.
Stephanie is an OSU graduate who started working for Charter in 2016. She has 13 years title closing experience as a closing processor. She has worked hard and became a Escrow Closer in 2021. She is a team player and when needed, filling the company’s temporary vacant duties slot is something she is always willing to do. She is Oklahoma born and raised and enjoys the area.
Stephanie has 23 years of Lender/Broker processor experience in the title closing industry and joined the Charter team
in 2021. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2000. Stephanie is a “born and raised” Oklahoma resident who enjoys visiting with family and friends in her spare time.
Debbie Durbin has a total of 27 years of experience in the title industry, her expertise is in the Title Insurance Policy area. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2002. Debbie is a California native but has been an Oklahoma resident for
many years. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ginger Smith known to most as “GiGi”, has been in the title industry serving in one capacity or another for 32 years. Her current role is in the title recording and policy dept. With her vast knowledge and experience inall facets of the title and closing industry, she is often called upon to train
Ronan is a lovable, adorable dog who gets to visit the Charter team periodically.
He is 8 years old, an emotional support dog and is a very good boy. Ronan brings joy and happiness where ever he goes. The team showers him with cuddles and treats and he, of course, loves the team and their gifts (smile). He has been awarded the title of the "Team Masot".
