Mr. Parker established Robert E. Parker & Associates, Inc. in 1964.  In 2000, after almost 40 years of practicing law, he retired and sold the company.  However, retirement did not fit well with him, and with his continued passion for the law, Mr. Parker returned to the legal profession in 2006 creating Robert E. Parker Attorney Law, LLC.   Picking right up where he left off, in just a few short years, Robert E Parker Attorney Law, LLC  has become a re-established law firm with a reputation for the highest standards in legal knowledge, professionalism and integrity.

Marsha E. Richardson has been an associate with Robert E. Parker Attorney Law, LLC since 2013 as a title examination attorney in addition to representing lenders, real estate agents, sellers, borrowers, builders and developers in real estate settlement and related matters.  Prior to working at the firm, she worked in a general practice firm representing a diverse group of clients in the areas of probate, guardianships, family law and real property matters such as quiet titles and foreclosures.

Richardson received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008 and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in 2005.  She is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma state courts and in the United States Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Joining the Robert E Parker, Attorney at Law, LLC law firm in 2022, Sara is a welcome asset to the team.  She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for her undergraduate degree and received her law degree from the University of Tulsa.  She is licensed in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Northern District of Oklahoma.   Bryning has practiced law since 2007 as a title examination attorney as well as representing lenders, real estate agents, sellers,
borrowers, builders and developers in real estate settlement and related matters.

In her off hours, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Seeking a career change, Kelly joined the law firm in early 2022.  Her formal education at Grantham University led her into  a job of twenty plus years
as a Senior Product Manager in her previous field of work.  That experience has given her valuable work skills  that she utilizes in her present job as a Legal Assistant with Robert E Parker, Attorney at Law, LLC.  She has been commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma since May of 2022.   She is a long time resident of Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with her family and especially enjoys her moments spent with her granddaughter.

With over 35 years of experience as a legal assistant, including working for the law firm of Robert E. Parker Attorney Law, LLC since 1989,  Lora has an invaluable level of expertise that is a great asset to Robert E. Parker Attorney Law, LLC.  She has held her notary commission seal for the State of Oklahoma since 1989.  In addition to working with the firm's attorneys, Lora also works closely with real estate closers, processors and clients to cure title requirements and to prepare necessary documents in order to assure the real estate transactions are completed quickly.

Teresa’s 31 year experience in the title closing industry brings a vast amount of knowledge to the title department area.  Employed by the law firm in 2009, she continues to work hard to give an excellent, timely response for title commitments.

Bringing 30 years of experience with her, Shelley joined Robert E Parker, Attorney at Law, LLC  in the spring of 2022 as a legal assistant with job duties as a title opinion typist.  She has been a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma since 2002.   Born and raised in Oklahoma, she is very familiar with the different names and locations of the towns, cities and counties that come across her desk as she produces the land title opinions.  She enjoys
spending time with her 5 grandchildren, the pride and joys in her life.  Another sweet joy in her life is Jax, her dog.
